Between September and December 2017 YGAM will be offering ten jobs, based in Greater London or the North of England as we work with our partners to increase the geographical reach and social impact of the charity. Coming off the back of a successful & insightful evaluation of the YGAM programme and its resources by the City Law School and in partnership with two of our corporate partners, YGAM will strengthen the team in both Greater London and launch a new team in the North of England.

Initially YGAM are seeking to appoint an Education Manager based in the north of England. This is a new and exciting role and will offer the candidate an ideal opportunity to develop YGAM’s presence in the North of England and shape the vision for the region. We are seeking somebody with an entrepreneurial mind-set with the grit, resilience and determination to grow the social impact of the charity. We are also seeking a Data & Impact Officer, to help develop our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database and support the team to manage their marketing, fundraising and data so that we can further demonstrate our impact. Finally we are seeking a Head of Operations, to provide maternity cover for the current post holder between November 2017 and May 2018. This is a national role, as part of the Senior Leadership Team to drive operational performance and income.
