Independent evaluation provides valuable insights
Independent evaluation is essential for understanding our impact and continuously enhancing our work. By collaborating with external evaluators through a transparent and fair tender process, we gain valuable insights into what is working well and areas for improvement. These external perspectives ensure that we are genuinely making a positive difference in young people’s lives.
We're continuously improving our programmes
A continuous improvement cycle is embedded across all our delivery programmes. Guided by a comprehensive Theory of Change, we contextualise our activities, linking them to deliverables and demonstrating how they lead to short-, medium-, and long-term outcomes. Regular evaluations ensure our programmes remain effective, impactful, and aligned with the objectives outlined in the Theory of Change.
