Following an extensive recruitment/headhunting process with our governance partners, Peridot Partners then a subsequent three-month induction period, we are delighted to confirm a new wave of Trustees and Non-Executive Directors have joined YGAM.
This brings our trustee and non-executive count to sixteen members who cover a wide skill mix with many being national leaders in their respective fields of expertise. All of our trustees and non-executive directors are volunteers and receive no remuneration for their time; they are hugely committed to the social purpose and values of YGAM and each bring a particular asset which will be a huge enabler for YGAM (and our trading subsidiary, YGAM Innovation).
