Why work at Ygam?

Working in the third sector is incredibly rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in young people’s lives and contribute to lasting social change. At Ygam, we prioritise staff well-being with flexible working hours, family-friendly policies, and continuous professional development opportunities. We provide the tools and support to help you grow and thrive, both personally and professionally.

Remote working

Ygam is a fully remote organisation, giving you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to a passionate and supportive team. We provide everything you need for a fully equipped home office setup, ensuring you have the right tools to work effectively.

With autonomy over your working patterns and methods, you can tailor your schedule to maximise productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Research shows that remote working saves employees significant time and costs by removing the daily commute, leading to greater efficiency and job satisfaction. Occasional travel allows for valuable face-to-face collaboration, ensuring the best of both worlds.
